What about kit warranty?

There is a limited warranty on all our products. If you encounter a problem or fault during construction or normal use of one of our kits, you can return it to your local distributor or to our Technical Department for examination and repair. If the problem is caused by a factory fault, it will be solved for free. The diagnosis of our Technical Department is final. Please allow at least 14 days for repair.

Return your kit with a brief explanation to your distributor or send it to us for the attention of the 'technical department'. Before sending in your Kit for repair please contact our Technical Support to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
